Procentia has proved yet again that maintaining security is at the heart of its operations.

We are proud to announce our most recent accomplishments in receiving a SOC 2 Type II report for our US business and passing our UK ISO 27001 surveillance audit with flying colours.

Over the last year, our US business has worked hard to fine-tune, demonstrate, and evidence our security measures, resulting in a new SOC 2 Type II report. The report tests the effectiveness of our compliance controls and provides further proof of our commitment to the protection of sensitive data. We are delighted to say that Procentia received no exceptions.

Furthermore, the Security and Compliance team have successfully guided the UK business through our annual ISO surveillance audit. The on-site assessment saw us open our doors to an independent auditor for two days, where colleagues demonstrated our security practices and Information Security Management System (ISMS).

As a key driving force behind ISO success, the UK team works tirelessly to maintain, and continuously improve, Procentia’s ISMS. This year their efforts have truly paid off as we received a “Best Practice” acknowledgment for supplier management, a first for the business.

Aiming to be the No. 1 pensions provider, and a leader in how we approach security in the sector, Procentia gained its initial, industry-standard, security accreditation in 2017. Now, with SOC 2 Type II in the US, and the same plan for 2024 in the UK, we have made significant progress and are well-placed to tackle the ever-evolving threat landscape.
